Sri Lanka is experiencing an economic crisis in 2022, and people are struggling to find funds to celebrate Christmas. There was some dullness during Christmas—no more crackers, no cakes, no sweets. For Sri Lankans, Christmas is a normal Sunday. they can't able to celebrate on the other hand richer people still being richer and the poor people are being more poorer,this situation reminds me a line richer get richer poorer get poorer . Sri Lankans need IMF support, but recent protests make clear that many seek reforms that will increase trust and tackle the root causes of the country’s problems. The IMF’s actions should support these demands.
